Plain terms for using jwsmstudios.com and the free tools on it.

The tools are free, and provided as-is

The tools in The Shop are offered free of charge for anyone to use. They are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We build them carefully and use them ourselves, but we can’t guarantee they’ll be error-free or available at all times, and JWSM Studios isn’t liable for any loss that comes from relying on them. For anything important — a can’t-miss event, a critical file — keep your own backup.

Use them well

Please use the tools and this site lawfully and don’t attempt to break, overload, or misuse them. The Signal tool uses your device camera or screen only with your permission and only to create your own clip; what you film with it is yours and your responsibility.

Ownership

The name, design, writing, and code of this site belong to JWSM Studios. The client work shown is presented as a portfolio and remains the property of the respective owners. Anything you create with the tools — your event links, your video clips — is yours to keep and use.

Getting in touch

Studio work is arranged directly by email, and any engagement is covered by its own separate agreement — these terms only cover general use of the website. Questions: jwsmstudios@gmail.com.
