Privacy
The short version: this site collects almost nothing, sets no cookies, and never sells your data. Here are the specifics.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless and privacy-friendly: it records aggregate, anonymous signals — page views, referring site, country, and device type — and does not use cookies, fingerprint you, or track you across other websites. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
The tools
The tools in The Shop run entirely in your browser. Nothing you put into them is uploaded to us.
- Be There builds your event into the link itself — the details are encoded in the URL, not stored on any server. Only people you send the link to can read it.
- Signal uses your camera or screen only inside your browser to draw the effect. The video feed and any clip you record stay on your device; they are never sent anywhere.
Contacting us
If you email us (via the contact button or the address below), we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we keep it only to reply and, if we work together, to do the work. There are no forms, accounts, or logins on this site.
Who else is involved
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes the analytics described above and standard server logs on our behalf. We don’t use advertising networks or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Your choices
Because we don’t build profiles or store personal data beyond emails you send us, there’s little to request — but if you’d like to know what we hold about you, or want an email you sent us deleted, just ask at jwsmstudios@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Questions about any of it are welcome at jwsmstudios@gmail.com.
